Planning From PSW to Tier 2

I got a job with 32k salary IT job in a multinational banking grp...How do i get HR to help apply for my TIer 2 spent a month already......


How do i go about it....

Did you just get a job with the company or have you been working there for long? If you've just been there a month then the company might have to look into the RLMT and see if that was completed before they offered you the job.

I got the job a month ago through a recuiting agency on behalf of the company and I am now on my PSW visa ....will i be able to swap after 6 months since a RLMT wont be needed ....

But who do i approach and I just need experience of those who have done it and how they approached this issue
