Please advise

Post by need_help_please » Mon Nov 11, 2013 4:50 pm

Hello Guys

we have applied for tier 1 business visa (50k), rejected, now appeal in progress they asked us to pay 120£ ( per person , me and my wife for hearing) we didnt pay yet as they send another reminder, now we are thinking to make a fresh application ( student visa as my wife main applicant and me ( currently main applicant) as student dependent. OR tier 2 same way somewhere.
Please advise is that possible? as for as appeal concern we dont think they will give us visa....

Rejection: less money in third party account, also no landline numbers were provided. plus for 2 days balance was less than required 1500£ in personal statement.

Please advise shall we go for appeal or new application as a student?
Many Thanks

@ need_help_please,

Rejection: less money in third party account, also no landline numbers were provided. plus for 2 days balance was less than required 1500£ in personal statement.

You should make the rejection more clearer by stating your refusal reasons as stated on your letter. You state your personal statement less than £1500, did you mean your maintenance balance?

Try to write the refusal as stated on the letter.

You need to provide enough details so that we can understand your matter. Please, add dates of application, refusal and visa expiry date.

Do you have the complete £50,000.00 now? If yes, then it might be better to re-apply if you are still eligible to do so. Please, make sure that you have the required funds and documents.

Goodluck.
