If someone was on Asylum and received ILR and now wishes to go back to home country, how long can he/she stay there for 1st time?

I have heard people saying, you can't stay out for more than 59, 80 days.

I know you can't stay outside for more than 2 years continiously but what about 80 days restriction?

Does that even exist or just rumour??

Thanks
Arrived UK in Dec 2000, Received ILR Oct 2008, Citizenship Approved March 2016.
