PLEASE HELP ASAP!!PRIVATE LIFE TURNED EEA APPLICATION?

HI GUYS

Please advice me

I originally applied based on private life to remain in the UK but my application was refused as i had not been living here continuously for half of my lifetime but it has been discontinued by living in my home non sea country.

I was asked to send further evidence to support my application and by this time i was with my partner a EEA resident so i added a statement from my partner exercising their treaty rights. In support of my leave to remain

I have now been asked to send further evidence of our cohabitation as we have been living together for about 4 months. what sort of evidence do i send?

Also they asked for me to prove my continuous living in the uk since i have been 13 years, do i just send school letters etc?

They have asked for my original passport but this has been with the home office since the refusal of my very first leave to remain application many years ago.

Will this be going the route of a EEA 5 year residence or what will they base this on?

please help need to send them the evidence ASAP

It wouldn't turn to EEA without you first making the application for a residence card, that application can only be processed in Liverpool, and more so an application for a residence card based on partnership without evidence of 2 years cohabitation is bound to fail. You will need to have lived together for 2 years and have the proof before you will be eligible for a RC based on partnership, if you do get married, it will eliminate that requirement.

Thanks for the reply, so apparently after asking for me to send all these things they then said I will need to apply for asylum as i mentioned heavily that i would be in danger of persecution if i was to return to my origin country because of my sexuality. Will getting a civil partnership with my partner and applying for the RC be a suitable and more successful option?
