Hello. I have read messages posted on this topic but do not seem to still understand. I am a british citizen but I am married to my husband who is on his 2 year spouse visa, he has still got a year before he applies for indefinite leave to remain, what I wanted to know is that can i apply for child beneift now, without it affecting my husband indefinite leave to remain. Also are there any other benefits I can claim. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
