Please, help to find a job!!!

I am a young single man from Ukraine, Kiev who is willing to relocate and live in Nederlands (or other EC country). I am 27 years old, fluent in English, occupation: import/export manager in Ukraine. Also, in my past have been traveling a lot across Europe and Latin America (lived in England for 5 months).
I would like to come to live and work in Nederlands, create a family and so on.

I am fluent in English, have a good experience in living abroad, - could you, please, advise, in which country I could possible settle down, and which country does not have very strict immigration laws?!
I prefer Nederlands, Ireland, Denmark, but willing to relocate anywhere, where is a better way of living then in Ukraine. Is it possible to find an employer, who would be willing to apply for a work permit on my behalf? Please, help to find one, or advise.
