please help, i have got refusal, gap more than 1 month.

hi i have applied for extention of my student visa on 31 may 2009, but the college got suspended from tier 4 list in september 2009, i waited for two months and then i went to take admission from another college, i done every thing properly, i emailed them first before taking the admission, and then i submitted the case again,

now what happened they send refusal, where i got 40 points but they are saying that you been refused because of the gap for more than 1 month, which mean the gap from 31 may 2009 to the start course date which is 18-november-2009,

please tell me what i can do with this issue, how can i fill this gap, i was attending the suspended college for the mean time till 18 november 2009, what if i provide them the attendance report till 18 november, would that be satisfactory?

we applied 17/nov/2009 , collage licenced suspend on 21/nov/2009 .
still we r waiting for home office decision.
we r palnning to take admision but our course start on 23 jan . is this we be allright for us.
i can understand u r situation at this point i think u shoude take some legal advise .

yeah u should till that. but i dont whats gonna happen with u, because home office comes every time with new thing. so u never know. but my advise is to show them the prove of your attendence from the suspended college. thx
