PLEASE HELP Referee for British citizenship... professional person

Hi, I need submitt an application AN British citizenship but I don’t have a professional person that I know for 3 years,that is in The list professional person..
The professional person can be:
Restaurant Manager?!?
VAT counter person that work in off licence???
My bank where I have bank account can give reference?!?
Which person I can ask, For reference?!?
The doctor I know For only 2 an half years.
