Please Help !!!

Post by Lilac » Tue Jul 10, 2012 8:45 am

I live in uk for more than 4 years (Dec 2007) with a Dependent visa (Tiers 1 general / Partner). My visa expires in March 2013 .
My husband just got his ILR with long residence .
We live together since the date of my arrival in uk .
We have a 3 and a half years child ( uk - born )
My questions are :
- If I Apply for the spouse visa and if it is accepted how long should I wait to Apply for ILR ( 5 years as required by the new law ?? )
- should my 3 year old child apply as my dependent or Apply in another category or be naturalized directly ??
- and in what order should we proceed ???
Thank you for answering me .

Child is entitled to register for British citizenship.
