PLEASE HELP URGENT - FORM IMM0008

Hi, filling in form IMM0008 - Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (the initial set of forms that go to Sydney). My daughter is only 1 and I have just applied for her 1st passport which they say i will get in 3 weeks. Trouble is it asks for her passport number on the form...

I urgently need to get my application in and stamped in case my profession goes from the new noc list due out...

Does anyone know if I can send the form without the number and add later? Will it just be rejected if missed off or causes time delays to my application? Sent a mail to the london high commission asking but no response and can't get in touch with cic syndey to ask.. please help!

Thats a difficult one, and I dont really know the answer. If I were you, given a possible change to the list, I would be tempted to send the application with an explanation that you have applied for her passport, but is not here yet.

They dont really need the passport until they are ready to give you the visa, but I dont know how important it is to have the number at this point.
