Hi everyone
I have applied for my ILR based on Tier 1 Entrepreneur in August' 2018 but my application is still pending, my visa and my wife's visa is expiring next month. My wife will complete 5 years in July' 2019. She will qualify for ILR in June' 2019. Now I have to apply for her PBS dependent visa in order to complete 5 years.
I have questions regarding Immigration Health Surcharge.
Questions
1. How much IHS I have to pay for her?
2. What visa Route and type should I select in main applicant section on IHS payment page?
I am stuck on one question on IHS payment page it asked;
The person you are joining with or remaining with
Visa Route (options) are Tier 1 and PBS dependent (Tier1, 2 and 5)
Visa Type (options) if I choose Tier 1(In Visa Route) it gives option Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension 2 years, and if I choose PBS dependent (Tier1, 2 and 5) it gives option Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa
Question
1. What should I select in visa Route options?
This section is about main applicant not for Dependent. If I choose Route Tier 1 and Visa type Tier 1 Entrepreneur(extension 2 years) and go ahead than Payable IHS is £200. I am confuse, am I making any mistake?
I hope I made my point clear please help me to pay correct IHS.
Thanks in Advance

I was on the same situation When I did my wife application ,I choose tier 1 . And total to pay was showing zero .evethough it shows total to pay zero it generates the iHS number.I submitted the application without paying ihs. After submitting the application around two months later my wife received email from ukvi instructing to pay ihs to validate the application with a link to pay the ihs .
Hope this information helps you.

Thanks Saeed, It is helpful
I checked in IHS calculator, What ever visa route I select it shows the same amount £200, because I have to choose my visa expiry date which is next month and ILR Tier 1 Entrepreneur rout is not available in listing.
If any senior member can help please?

The main applicant in this case is your wife - so PBS Dependent -> Tier 1 Entrepreneur seems to be the logical choice.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.

This section is about (
The person you are joining with or remaining with) it automatically take my name from online visa application which we can not change only we have option to select visa route, visa type and visa expiry date of
The person you are joining with of remaining with
As i mentioned above what ever visa route and visa type I choose I have to use same visa expiry date and it shows same result £200 IHS.
I am thinking I should select Tier 1 in Visa Route and Tier 1 Entrepreneur(2 years extension) in Visa Type. Because what ever I choose it is calculation Same IHS £200. What would you advice?

3. Where can I upload Maintenance documents (bank statement)? I think it goes to finances.
4. Can I upload covering letter, where I can upload it?

1) I have seen many recent cases where applicants are struggling to secure UKVCAS appointments. Huge delays. I will advise you to check other cities. Try London Croydon. You might have to secure a paid appointment.
2) Upload full passports.
3) Yes. As long as you upload all docs categories really dont matter much.
4) Can go in “other” category

I love this, more physical, emotional, financial punishment and time wasting.
Yes I have seen in Croydon appointments are available but I am in North west of England and I have two babies and it is very difficult to travel with them. I have to be on my mac screen 24 hours, lets see if i manage to book any.

I know two families who booked London Croydon even though they live in Liverpool. They could get nothing in Liverpool or Manchester or Birmingham. Seems like UKVCAS has lots or load given existing service has phased out. I know its not fair with applicants how they are going about the appointments. Mostly what you see if only paid appointments that too with huge delays. Hope you can get one soon nearer to you.
London Croydon is the one offering most appointments but again paid or London Premium lounge (more expensive).

Thank God, This system was not there at the time of my extension and ILR application, otherwise I had to scan tones of documents.
I will have to repeat this exercise again because my wife will qualify for ILR in June' 2019.

Just pay what it asks and continue your application

I did the same as marcnath said, because what ever option you use it is giving £200 IHS. I have submitted my dependent's application, I used visa Route Tier 1 and Visa type Tier 1 Entrepreneur (2 Years extension). I hope that helps.
