Please help me !!..Urgent

Hi Everyone,
I am currently on PWS and got 1 1/2 year left.
But my current employer want to process my Work Permit (Tier 2).
I am currently working as Customer & Marketing Manager in Telecoms company. I have been working for them for 3 months but was working on contract for them for 6 months.
I read on UKBA that if on PWS and working in the Organisation for more than 6 months, you don't need resident market.
Can I get more information on how to go about and what documents i need from my employer ?
And I would appreciate if someone can send me sample employment contract which according to UKBA ?
And would please tell me the Job Role which I should put on my employment contract?

Your employer should first have SPONSER LICENCE or apply for the same n then should advert the post for labour test/interview n shd then provide you with Certificate of sponshership so that you can apply for your Tier2 Visa..
