please help!! urgent

Hi ,
My husband has completed 5 years here...
3 yr in work permit and 2 in tier 1
will he be eligible for ILR ? or he has to wait for another yr to complete tier 1 visa?

He is eligible to apply for ILR if there is no break in his residency and employment for last 5 years.
