PLEASE HELP URGENTLY.......VERY CONFUSED N UPSET !!!

I came to UK in September 2006 as a student , studied my electrical engineering course after completion I wanted to further extend my visa under same category but was not possible, as I had 2 extensions already.

I hired a consultant in November 2008 who said he will take care of my case and get me a Tier 1 PSW, I suspected him but had no other option but to trust him, so agreed to pay him his asking price and he got my application ready.

On the day of submission I was shocked to see that he had attached 2 more educational documents proving me as MBA , I questioned him and he said do no worry the college will approve and you have no time left now to think of any alternate. I had to unwillingly agree to his advise

In January 2009 I received my passport from HO with a refusal letter mentioning deception and with a 1 year ban if I leave the country voluntarily, and when I contacted the consultant he was not traceable, I lost almost £ 3000 which I paid him and also right to stay in UK, and left UK on time to avoid 10 year ban.

Now it is almost 2.5 years, I got engaged to a girl in UK and need to visit UK end of 2011 for my marriage, which will be on a family visit visa.

My query to all expert members and moderators of this forum is, can I based upon all above transparent circumstances mentioned to you, apply for a visit visa by end of this year and if you could give me suggestions how could I make up my new application for a visit visa and how to explain the situation to ECO OR I normally apply and will be able to get it easily without they referring to my history???

I need you support, please help me

A family visit visa is not applicable for visiting a girlfriend. What are your intentions after marriage?

I have my sister living in UK as a Tier 1 migrant, she can sponsor me for a family visit, after marriage my intentions are to settle in UK, can you please suggest me what I should do, am really in a depressing situation now

A visitor should show intention of leaving the UK at the end of the visit.

If your girlfriend is British or settled and your intention is to eventually settled in the UK after marriage, then applying for a fiancé(e) visa may be more appropriate; or, marry outside the UK and apply for a spouse visa.

If your girlfriend has limited leave, then perhaps you should apply for a marriage visit visa. You should subsequently apply for the appropriate visa to rejoin her in the UK.
