I came in under the old requirements but my company may be restructuring next year. What happens if my salary changes? I may be making 2000 pounds less? I understand they will have to notify the UKBA sponsor managment team but is that all that will happen...just to update my records?

My salary is currently 28,000 but could slip to 26,000. Will my stay be in jeapardy?
