Hi everybody :) ,
I was granted a EEA2 residence Card in 2007 as a member of a EU Family my husband is an EU and now i need to apply for a visa for my 10 years old son from a previous relationship, he is in the UK in full time education since Dec 09.

I need help to fill his applicantion please!

Who will be the main applicant in the first page of the EEA2 form in this case?
My Husband, me or my son himself?

Please if you can help me with this matter i will immensely appreciate your kindly help! :)

The person who the RC is for - your son.

With the application include the ffg:

Birth certificate naming you as one of the parents
Proof that you have legal custody of your son
Your son's passport
Your EU spouse's passport & proof of them exercising treaty rights
Perhaps a photocopy of your passport data page and RC

By no means an exhaustive documents list but it should suffice for the initial application. The UKBA will contact you if they need anything further.
