Please I need someone to enlighten me

Hi everyone,I am new here and happy to know that this forum has lot of info from other members. I came in into the Uk in 2011 with a visitor visa but i overstayed,within that period I met my wife who's a British citizen and we got married in my church,we were not able to go to the registry due to my situation.We now have a daughter,so in 2012 when my wife gave birth i made an application but it was refused in 2013,because they said i did not meet with the requirement of a spouse. So now in 2014 i made another application as a parent using my daughter since she's British,now they gave me temporary admission into the Uk but said i am restricted and must stay at my address and report at the reporting centre. I have been reporting since last year September up till now and they have not decided on my case yet,and also they sent me a letter to go for another biometrics in January which i will not pay for that is free. Please I need your advise on what you guys think is going on? and this application was with the form flr (fp). Thanks and God bless you all
