Hi, Please advise me on what to do

For the past 2 years, my sister, my cousin & I have been planning to open a jewellery shop. They are both british citizens, I am not, but I do travel here quite frequently. I drew up the plan for the business and got all the information whilst over on my various trips and we have all put money together towards this.

I am currently here on a 2 year multiple visitors visa, I came over 2 months ago in August. We plan to open the shop in January, however the plan is for me to run and manage the shop as i design jewellery & as both girls are working in the city with great jobs, which they are not yet prepared to give up.

So my question is, what do I apply for in order to manage this business. I have read the business/innovator topics, but both seem difficult as in the case with the business visa, you need to show that you have £200,000...we do not have that..so what do I do? :( :?:

Any advice would be really appreciated. Thank you

I don't think you'll be eligible for a work permit based on the info you've given, and re HSMP, have you got enough points? Only you can work out how many points you have based on your education, previous work etc.

Hi, back to basics. Can you please explain why your sister is a British Citizen and you are not? Nationality of your parents? Nationality of your grandparents?
