Pls help me clear my EC after HSMP approval

I've got my HSMP approval in feb 2008. Have finished my education, not sure what documents do I have to send in order to get stamp.

Do I have to send all my educational documents since I arrived 4 years before OR just the last qualification?
Do I have to send again all my documents that I sent for initial consideration like age, qualification, experience & all OR just the approval letter?
I still have visa till next Feb 2009, is that going to make any problem if I send application now?
Do I have to mention in my covering letter again How I claimed my points?

I'm strugling! too many question & getting no answers,,,,I would really appreciate if you guys have any information about this. Is there any way they can still refuse my application????? I hope.......not.
