Pls HELP with SET(M) Form

Post by maccers1018 » Tue Oct 16, 2012 11:35 pm

Hi all,

I'm applying my ILR at Solihull at the beginning of November. I've got a few questions about the SET(M) form which I'm not sure how to fill. Please help if anyone knows the answers.

1.4 Full name -- I have my maiden name on my bio page in my passport, but inside there's page says I'm also known as ... with my married surname on it. Shall I write both names, maiden name or my married name?

1.5 Surname or family name -- similar to question 1.4 which name? I know I'm asking silly questions, but it is confusing sometimes.

2.4 Do you and your partner currently live together? -- My husband is working in Serbia at the
moment, I stayed there for 2 month with him, but I mainly live in the UK. Shall I say YES or NO to this one?

2.8 Have you ever lived with your partner within or outside of the UK? -- Do I have to mention the 2 months I lived with him in Serbia?

2.9 Could you and your partner live together outside the UK if necessary? -- YES or NO question. Seems like a tricky question. If YES, what does it make case worker think?

2.27. Do you or your partner have any shared financial responsibilities? -- What does that mean? We don't have any mortgages. Only have a joint account, does it count?

Section 7 Previous Addresses -- Again, do I have to give the address in Serbia where I lived with my husband only for 2 months.

Fingerprints taken -- I can't remember exactly how many times my fingerprints were taken. 2 or 3 times? Does it really matter?

Thank you in advance! Your help is much appreciated.

Mary
