Pls Need Help For ILR Dependent (Confused)

HI,
I GOT MY ILR IN 10TH OF JAN. 2014 WHILE I WAS A STUDENTS BASE ON 10 YEARS .QUESTIONS REGARDING MY WIFE ,SHE CAME TO THE UK 10TH OF JULY 2010 AS A PSW DEPENDENT .BEFORE MY PSW VISA EXPIRED ,I APPLIED FOR TIRE 4 GENERAL STUDENTS VISA ON 30 JUNE 2011.GOT THE VISA FOR BOTH OF US WHICH WILL EXPIRE ON 3RD JAN 2016.MY WIFE STILL ON STUDENT VISA DEPENDENT .NOW I WANTS TO APPLY FOR HER AS WE BOTH HAVE EARNINGS OVER 18600 AND ALL THE OTHER LETTERS .
PLS PLS LET ME KNOW -
1-SHALL I APPLY FOR FLR [M] ?
2-HOW LONG SHE NEEDS TO WAIT FOR TO APPLY ILR ?
3.IF SO THEN HOW LONG SHE NEEDS TO WAIT?
PLS LET ME KNOW IN DETAILS .

Please don't shout.

1. No. If you already have ILR, then you don't need to apply for FLR(M). Rather, your wife should apply for FLR(M) ASAP.

2. SET(M): 5 years after grant of initial FLR(M).

3. 5 years as the spouse of a settled person for ILR. That's 2 x 2.5 year FLR(M). Don't forget the IH surcharge.

Hi dsafbd,

Please do not write in capitals..which is equal to shouting and really very hard to understands. I did the same mistake previously. Also your questions clearly answered by Vinny and Amber..please go up and read again carefully.

Dear All,
pls help to out for the IHS form,i got my ILR base on 10 years rougt in January 2015.Now planing to apply for my wife FLR(M) by the way,she is still on my T4 General student PBS dependent which will expire jan 2016 .while filling the form of IHS,I am not sure what shouild i choose FOR my wife IHS FORM.
Visa Route- -further leave to remain(flr)
- further leave to remain other(flr O)
-PBS dependent (tire 1,2 and 5)
-Tire1
-Tire 2
-Tire 2 PBS Dependent
-Tire 4
-Tire 5
and Visa Type
-Armed force flr (AF)
-business flr (bus)
-family and private life-FLR(FP)
-Highly skilled migrant programm-FLR(HSMP)
-Long Resident-FLR(LR)
-Marriage FLR(M)

pls help me to clarify.

As you are applying for flr(M), You should choose Further leave to remain (Flr) and the Visa type is Marriage FLR(M)

As you are applying for flr(M), You should choose Further leave to remain (Flr) and the Visa type is Marriage FLR(M)
