plz help its urgent

i just wanted to ask that i applied for tier 1 dependant for my wife from pak three months back and now i am applying for my parents to visit me...we have to submit docs day on 25th nov so plzz help...
there is one question in vaf1b i-e
8.8 In the last two years has the relative that you are
staying with sponsored anyone else’s visit to the uK?
will this clause apply for my wife because she got visa as my depandant but she is not visitor plzzz advise...
