I came to uk on nov 2008 o. Tier1dependent visa n stayed there for one n a half year...I came back to uk after an yr on same visa...my husband applied for ilr after 4months n home office gave ilr to both my husband n son by saying I m not eligible for ilr now as I m short of 2months for 2yrs rule to be in uk.we went to apply for my ilr after 2months but then they said u are not eligible for ilr now as ur husband is on ilr so u hv to apply FLR n stay in uk for another2yrs then u wil be eligible for ilr...now I m scared that if I apply dat visa....if they put restriction on visa to work as trainee doctor then my whole career will be ruined as I heard now they r putting restrictions to work as training doctors on spouse visa..I hv recenlty done wd my plabs n if I won't start my job then my exams will be expired in next 2yrs...I m worried wat to do. can anyone tell me if they r putting any restriction to work as training doctor on FLR visas....?????
