i tried to persuade my HR manager who is working for another company now to help if possible see what happens.

as you advised of tax papers i can write and obtain the tax returns of couple of years from national tax departments. also i have my contract letters and promotional letters back in home country which i can locate.

provided i can send following to CHC London

1. Tax returns
2. Cotract/promotion Letters

u think they will work any good.

If you can provide all that, it shows you have genuinely tried to provide the proof they need for this period of employment, bearing in mind that the company no longer exists. If you meet all the other criteria for a skilled worker visa and they have concerns about this, I would think you would get asked to attend an interview to discuss rather than reject straight away.

very well advised as per situation. i will try my best to get these documents plus my contracts, promotio lettrs along wid few of my salary slips coz i lost most. i hope it will take me through to next stage.

do you think in interview they only try to clarify things with doubt or the doubt makes ur application refused even though clarification given.
