PND and ILR Good Character Requirement

I have following question about PND and ILR Good Character Question Below

Question 7.7 "Have you or any dependants who are applying with you ever engaged in any other activities which might indicate that you may not be considered to be persons of good character?"

If someone got Plenty Notice £80 for offense DA01 "wasting police time and giving false report" that comes under Section 5 of the Criminal Law Act 1967"and paid it in within 21 days.

So is it necessary to mention it on the ILR Application form Set(O) under question 7.7 even if it was issued one year before the date of application?

or if police officer has mentioned that he has not recorded this, is it still required to mention it on application form?

If yes, will this result in refusal of ILR?

And how I can check now that police officer has recorded it or not?

Please someone help me in right direction. I am really worried.

Request for CRB report.

Thanks Arif, it means if it is not on my enhanced CRB report then there is no need to mention it on ILR form?

Or if I do mention what could be the outcome refusal or success?

There are two types of opinion found in this forum. Some did not mention and most of mentioned but not questioned for this by CW. In moment Set O form ask only covicted information, However Changes comming and form may be change. In this moment you can request for CRB report for peace of mind.

Thanks Arif, I will be applying for ILR Aug 2013 and will do CRB check sometime in Jun/Jul 2013 for peace of mind.

I hope it will not come on CRB, just in case if it comes how this will affect the case result?
