3 points and 60 fine sp50 still not clear .please help this

Letter from warwickshire court came after 4 weeks of the sp50 offense saying that you have been caught exceeding speeding limit so u will get a fine of 60 and 3 points.
I send my counterpart to the given address and paid fine on time,when my counterpart cme back it endoresd as follow:

Conviction court : 3436885
Date of conviction : blank
Fine : blank
Conviction code : sp50
Penalty : 3 points

Am I eligible for ilr ? I didn't went to court ,paid my penalty on time.
Does sp50 fines comes through court?

Think so as i received mine from court aswell
And i think its still fixed penality as long as u did not appear in court

FPN - no issues in ILR.
