Points for work experience

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone can help on this:

I worked in Audit in 3.5 years, and then in Financial Control in another 1.5 years. So I have had two different job titles.

However, both jobs has the same NOC classification (1111).

Can I claim 4 years of experience, or can I only claim 3.5 years because the second job has a different job title?
