police certificate from country i can`t go back

hi there, I am indonesian, and i used to lived in US for 6 years.
i want to apply for PR to canada under Skilled Worker Class.
can anyone tell me how can i get police certificate from united states,
the country that i can`t go back, because i got deported.
help me plz.

You might be out of luck - looks like you have to go in person to a US centre to get fingerprints done and collect forms (see below). You might try writing to thse people and explaining the situation, asking if they can send you the forms and whether you can get fingerprints done where you are now?

To obtain an FBI clearance, go to a local police station, FBI field office, or Immigration Service Center and obtain a fingerprint form, fill out the form and get fingerprinted. Mail the card with a certified cheque or money order for US$18 made payable to the "U.S. Treasury" to the following address:

Include a letter stating the request and reason for the FBI Clearance certificate.

A resident of the US can obtain a police clearance through their local police station.

... Can I just add, I think it might be worth emailing your local CIC office and asking this question in case there is an easier way?

What were the reasons for your deportation from the US? If they were serious enough, which they must have been for deportation to have taken place, then it's going to be more difficult to be granted permanent residence in Canada. One of the questions asked on the Canadian Immigration form is "Have you been refused admission, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?" You should seriously evaluate your chances before going through with your application.
