Police Criminal Record and Tenancy Agreement

Please I will need an urgent reply.
Am on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and filling dependent application for my wife who is currently in my Home country.
1. Can we both submit PCC or just only my wife since she is the one applying for entry clearance to enter UK and not me the Main applicant?
2. Must i submit Tenancy Agreement from the Landlord as evidence of address/accommodation when I have my Electric bill update with my name and address, my bank account with my name and address, my sky broadband with my name and address, my phone contract with my name and address and even my credit card payment receipt with my name and address?

Only your wife need to submit PCC.

Tenancy Agreement from the Landlord as evidence of address/accommodation should be fine. If you wish you can ask NOC letter from your Landlord .
