polio test for pakistanis

Hi all
I would like to know whether there is any mandatory polio test or medication to be done for travelling to the UK? if yes then where should this test/medication be done from and what kind of certification is required? since they have removed ukba's old website, im not able to easily find information on anything related to immigration.

This is a requirement from the Pakistani side - so, a requirement to be allowed out of the country/board your flight rather than to be allowed into the UK (or any other country).
