Hi all,

i had applied incountry, suppose I get my decision negative and then apply for review. But without waiting the outcome of the review if I go back to india and later I get to know that my reveiw was successful.

then will I get the entry clearence from india considering the fact that I got HSMP Approval as incountry applicant.
do u see any problem for getting the entry clearence??

IMHO I dont think that would be an issue.

HSM approval will be granted because you qualify for it. The fact that you were an in-country applicant is secondary and not the basis on which your application is decided.

If you are in India at the time of the approval and cannot file for FLR IED because you cannot go back, you should be able to get the EC from the high commission.

actually this might be a blessing in disguise for you. its taking a really long time to process leave to remain applications. Call the high commission and find out from them if you can do it. i am sure you can especially if your current leave to remain had expired. tell us more bout your application and review, how you went about it, why they refused u in the 1st place, how long the process took, etc. your input will be really invaluable as there are a number of guys asking bout reviews at the moment. also do let us know about the entry clearance
