Post Asylum Decision

Post by Teenwolf007 » Wed Aug 28, 2019 8:42 pm

HI,

first of all thanks in anticipation of taking your timeout to read and comment on that!
Please find my summarized immigration history below:

>claimed asylum in detention in 2015
>released from detention on mental health grounds and put into slow track!
> given accommodation in leeds, i went away for one week! when i came back i was told that my case has been withdrawn as they thought i absconded
> I was asked to put further submission / fresh claim in, which I did in late 2015
> got a call for an interview in mid 2017
> got refusal letter in January 2018
> lodged an appeal
> appeal allowed from FTT last week
> allowed appeal on asylum grounds, article 2 and article 3 grounds but refused on HP

my question is whats the probability for homeoffice appealing in UT? I was screened in detention four years ago! and my biometrics were taken in detention on paper! so whats next? will they use those biometrics or will they send me the new biometrics? how long will they take after tribunal determinition?

any help on this one would be much appreciated
