Post Interview Query

Hi,
My timeline is as under:

March - Applied for ILR (Tier 1 Ent).

September - Interview by compliance team at my office. Basic questions asked related to my business. The interview was quite good as I was able to answer all of their questions and they left convinced. They also asked for a few documents that I emailed to them later.

Its almost 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from the case worker as yet.

In your opinion what should be my future course of action. Shall I:
1- Call up the Home Office number and inquire about my case OR
2- Hire a solicitor and send a letter through him inquiring about the outcome of my case OR
3- Get my local MP involved and send a letter through him OR
4- Have patience and wait for some more time

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
