Post study work _ council tax- urgent

Hi

I was a student and got exempt on council tax.
now im on psW. i dint update my record with my council. now council asked me to pay the full amount. also two students living wth me. do i still get exemption on PSW?
plzz help immediately

no mate, psw still have visa restrictions such as "No public recourse funds:" and cant work s a practice doctor. so u still dont count as an adult.
i entitle to get up to 50% discount.

I THING IS NO YOU HAVE TO INFORM COUNCIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEACUASE WHEN YOU EXTEND YOUR VISA AND HO FIND OUT THEN YOU ARE IN TROUBLE

As already said, you are liable to pay Council Tax.

However if you are the only "counting adult" in the place ....... for example all the others are students, then you are entitled to claim the 25% single occupancy discount, And claiming that is OK, it does not count as claiming Public Funds.
