Which form for child visa

Hi all thanks . I need some advice regarding my daughter application
I am not married and my partner got difference visa I have recently apply for the 10yrs route and I have ILR
question 1. can I alone apply for my daughter visa
2. which form should I use
3.can she apply using the MN1 FORM

yes she is born in uk
few more question as well
which document should I send do I need to send my passport and my identity card n nothing for her mum

as I want to apply it myself not including my partner as her status is student
I do have ILR which will expire in 10 yrs n got it last year I don't want to include the mum due to her status
