Sending BRP with family Set(O)

Hi,

Does someone already on ILR needs to send his BRP and passport with his dependants(T1G Dependants) application. He got his ILR through Tier 1 General route?

I remember, that for SET(M) applications, the person who's family is applying for settlement does not needs to send their British Passports or BRP with ILR.
