OCI application in person - Timings changed?

Anyone have gone recently to London HCI office after 3rd Feb 2014?

Under FAQ https://www.hcilondon.in/oci.html , I have seen the following update, Is that strictly followed for issuing tokens? I will have to resume to work after submitting the application, Can any one help sharing their recent experience in HCI for OCI application?


New OCI Timings for submission of OCI application w.e.f (03.02.2014) :


Issue of Tokens for submission of OCI applications
1000 – 1230 hrs. 175 Tokens per day

Opening of Counters for submission of OCI applications

1030 hrs. onwards

Hi,

Could any recent in-person OCI applicants help me with the following questions:

1. What time did they start distributing the tokens?
2. When do they start accepting applications?

The website provides the answers but just wanted to check if they actually adhere to those timings.
