Switch Visa to Tier 2 before decision

Hi All,

I applied for Entrepreneur visa before the expiry of my PSW Visa on Feb 2014. I haven't enrolled for biometric as i wanted give myself some time for planning, i was not very sure about getting Ent visa.

Now i am able to find Sponsor who is willing to sponser for tier 2 visa.

My question is can i now apply for tier 2 visa. do i have to withdraw my ent visa application before applying for tier 2 visa?
My assumption is that my employer do not have to do labour market test to sponsor me?
