LTD Company Invoice Summary period ?

LTD Company Invoice Summary period ?

Hi,

I am an IT contractor operating out of my own limited company, fully owned by me.

My invoices are paid by client a month or more later than the month for which the invoice is generated.

Now for Tier 1 extension, which invoices should I include in the invoice summary ? Those that were generated for the Previous Earning period or those that were paid by my client during the Previous Earning period?

Should should show your payslips and dividend vouchers. It's you applying for extension, not the company.

Thanks. Going through some other posts on this topic, seems like a good idea to leave out invoice summary and just carry invoices to PEO and present them if asked.

because not all case workers are made alike. at least one post talks about being asked for invoices even though he/she was on salary+dividend :

I'm guessing its the new Genuine Earnings Test that comes into play, so case workers ask for invoices to check for genuineness more than anything else.
