Fee change - PEO appointment made before raise

Dear All

I paid £1920 in March when booking Tier1 PEO appointment for late April. Will the new increased fees be applicable to me and the difference taken in PEO ?

I am no expert but most likely they will charge you the difference. Just make sure you fill new application form when you go..

They will not charge you the remaining balance. I have confirmed it from UKBA. Couple of guys booked PEO appointment before 6th April and went for ILR on 8th and 9th April. Nobody in PEO asked them to pay remaining balance. So it's a good news for many.

I had booked PEO appointment on 31st March for Late April . I called up UKBA and they confirmed that we do not need to pay any difference amount and was also asked to you the latest application form.
