sponsorship for health care assistant

Hi There,
I am currently on post study work visa and its going to expire on august 2nd 2014. I am currently working as a health care assistant which is unpaid. I wonder can I get sponsorship as a health care assistant?. Is health care assistant comes under sponsorship visa category?. can you please let me know.

No. Only care home manager. With your experience and degree i think you may qualify but the big question is 'if your employer is ready to employ you in this role' or if you can search elsewhere.
