dependant- need advice on business trip to Ireland

Hi All,

I am currently on PSW dependant visa expiring on 26-Jun-2014, My wife is the main application and she is in India at the moment (been there for couple of months)

I am working full time in UK and my employer has asked me to go for a training in Ireland which lasts for a week starting 29th May.

Looking into all possibilities I can apply for a short-stay business visa to go Ireland and comeback to UK once my training is done (around 6th June)

Given that I am a dependant with very less validity - Will there be any problem in obtaining the VISA for Ireland as well as when entering back into UK??
