I have applied for OCI for myself and my son.

For collection by post, do I have to send 2 x Special Delivery envelopes or will they send both passports back to me in the same envelope?

Yes. I am saying this based on my PIO experience. It should be same for OCI too.

I know it's quite late but might help others ...

You can send just 1 Self Addressed Special Delivery envelope for the whole family - My personal experience!
