First passport application without a passport

First passport application without a passport

I will like to apply for my first british passport, but I do not have any passport. I came to this country long time ago illegally.
Can I submit my ILR on sheet of paper (immigration status document),my country birth certificate and my naturalization certificate?
PLEASE ADVICE.

Since post Office provides Check&Send passport service I suggest you go there and inquire.
I am sometimes wrong.
