Spouse visa for carers.

Hi i wanted to find out if anyone applied for spouse visa as carer and their application was successful till date.i applied for spouse visa in this category but it was refused i am reapplying next week just want to make sure if the embassy knows about this rule or not.help would be appreciated.thanks
