refusals on two points please help

1. As a director you should not receive a calls because receiving a calls is not a directors work and case worker replied that made me suspecious you are not doing your work properly
2. you wrote in a declaration letter your sister transferred money in three installments, but money came in one installment.
yes she transferred me money in one transaction i did a mistake i wrote three installments. but in the second line of letter i wrote the one date like when money has been transferred. so this is the mistake how to rectify it?
THERE ARE ONLY TWO REASONS they refused application
Please help me what to answer and how to answer them

A director shouldn't receive calls? What kind of baloney is that!
