here is the story , claim asylum in uk in 2009, aylum refused same year and all appeal exhauted in 2009. since went underground and in december 2013 get email from my former solicitor that h.o have contact him about me . there is the question ask by h.o officer
did you still representing the subjet if not when did you last see him? did you have subject adress ? im trying to locate the subject,you can give me call to discuss this matter. since I have this email I have hire a new solicitor about making a fresh claim and give her all evidence she need include expert evidence about my case and I also foward h.o officer the contact number to her. since them till now she keeping turn my around about submit my fresh claim, she never contact h.o officer to ask about he email,.
Im tired please what to do, should that go ahead and conctact him myself? I got all he contact email, phone number, please share you experience. this solicitor is hell

What is the basis for your asylum claim? Do you have a partner in the UK?

just phone the home office officer myself and as the email he send to me date for so long, and he said this, just send me you adress and and will put you in the system, what is the meaning of this, so scare? thank you reply will be appreciate. thank

yeah amber I also think so. my solicitor said I cannot be detained bcos of expert report on my case but she delaying put my fresh claim. home office already have this report bcos I have another case against them
