Ash I think your application may well be on hold. UKVI replied back to my MP and told him that ours is on hold! I have been emailing them every month and they keep telling me that further checks are being conducted! They are incompetent! I am really annoyed.

What is the procedure to withdraw the application? in the letter they say you can withdraw but don't provide details of how to.

Email the visa enquiries email address asking to withdraw, they should send you a form, u just need to date and sign it and then send it back on that same email address.

A week later you should be emailed to ask to.come to collect your passport.

Hope that helps anyone!! :)

Salaam just a quick question with regards to paying for visa application online,

Once you complete the online application and pay, can you select a date to go hand in the documents? Or is an appointment given to you and you dont have any options to change it?

Also for islamabad how soon are you given the appointmen once payment ia made?
Thanks in advance
