Thanks Adilzia for your reply
My refusal reasons are
Market Research is not properly done
B Plan is not viable
Sources of funding is not clear etc
Would you mind to tell me yours & on which stage of JR you got visa. It after hearing or your case been decided before hearing & how long it took after that from HO side to give new decision
Regards

HI

I also got my visa while i submitted my JR. If u have patience i would suggest you to go for the JR because you refusals points are very common and easy to justify in JR . I got my visa before hearing because they HO offered me out of court settlement.

Wish you very best of luck

please adi answer the following if u dont mind:
1) did HO ask for any extra document before they turn over the decision?
2)did u file JR in high court or upper tribunal?
3) how long did the HO take to answer your PAP?
4) was the decision changed after PAP or u had to file JR to the court?

your help will be appreciated.

HI
soory for late reply

No HO did not asked for any additional documents. I applied for Jr through High court. It took me more than 9months in total including PAP letter. and HO offered me out of court settlement which i accepted it because my refusal was a stupid mistake of my case worker. They refused my application on the bases that My case worker never seen my Bank Statement while making the decision so they had to over turn the initial decision because my bank statement was attached with my application
