Hi
I have applied teir 1 ent via VC in nov but still pending my application.
i just want to know if my visa is refuse then within 28 days i can applied for tier 2 student
i just want to know does it break my 10 year rule for fresh application.

First of all it's t4 student not t2, secondly it should not break as long as u get visa

All you can do is wait... Or ... withdraw your application.

I would suggest that you fist file for your Tier 4 Visa. Once they receive your application (via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, then fill out withdrawal form. They will write to you which application to consider or are you willing to withdraw your T1E application? That way, you will not fall under 28 days rule.
